SupSonic

NATURE OF THIS TOOL

SupSonic is a documentation and scope identification tool designed to assist roofing professionals in preparing supplemental documentation. SupSonic provides supplement recommendations as a documentation tool for scope accuracy — it does not provide legal, financial, or public adjusting services.

This tool is not a licensed public adjuster, insurance consultant, contractor, attorney, or claims professional. Use of this tool does not constitute insurance adjusting services, claims consulting, legal advice, or professional construction guidance.

TEXAS INSURANCE CODE COMPLIANCE

SupSonic is a documentation and scope identification tool. It does not act as or replace a licensed public adjuster as defined under Texas Insurance Code Chapter 4102. SupSonic does not negotiate with insurance carriers on behalf of users, does not interpret policy language, and does not provide claim advocacy. Users are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with Texas Insurance Code 4102 and all other applicable state regulations when submitting supplements to insurance carriers.

USER RESPONSIBILITY

All output generated by this tool is draft content only. Users are solely responsible for:

  • Reviewing and verifying all suggested line items, codes, and quantities before submission to insurance carriers
  • Confirming applicability to the specific project, carrier, and jurisdiction
  • Validating all Xactimate codes, specifications, and measurements against current pricing data
  • Ensuring compliance with carrier requirements, local building codes, and project-specific conditions
  • Attaching appropriate photo documentation to support supplement items
  • Making all final decisions regarding supplement submissions

RECOMMENDATION ACCURACY

SupSonic recommendations are based on training data derived from real roofing supplement work and may not capture every supplementable item on every job. Recommendations are tiered by likelihood of need based on historical patterns but are not guarantees that any specific item is missing from or applicable to your job.

SupSonic does not guarantee approval of supplement items by insurance carriers. Approval decisions are made solely by insurance carriers based on their own criteria, documentation requirements, and policy language.

XACTIMATE CODES & PRICING

Xactimate codes referenced in this tool are provided for convenience only. Xactimate is a product of Verisk Analytics. Users must validate all codes against current Xactimate pricing data for their region and ensure correct specification selections (gauge, size, thickness, etc.) before submission. Code availability, descriptions, and pricing may change. SupSonic is not affiliated with or endorsed by Verisk Analytics.

BUILDING CODE & REGULATORY REFERENCES

References to building codes (IRC, OSHA, manufacturer specifications, etc.) are provided for informational purposes only. Code applicability varies by jurisdiction, project type, and date of construction. Users are responsible for verifying current code requirements with local authorities having jurisdiction. This tool does not provide code compliance consulting.

STATISTICAL DATA

Frequency percentages and "commonly added" references are derived from aggregated industry data and reflect general patterns, not requirements or recommendations for any specific claim. Past supplement patterns do not guarantee future approval outcomes.
